We would love the ability to back up our account data or take "snapshots" so that we can restore data if it's accidentally deleted.

This happened to me yesterday. I accidentally deleted 63 active users when I was trying to remove them from a test location. We had to re-import them and add all their files, then we had to re-create all their historical shifts because all of that was deleted as well.
